Free shipping applies to main metropolitan and provincial city centres only.

Remote or outlying areas are excluded unless serviced by our designated courier.

Orders qualifying for free shipping are dispatched within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

If a correctly supplied item is returned, return shipping is for the customer and a handling fee may apply.

📝 General Return Conditions

Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receipt.

Items must be securely packaged (e.g. bubble wrap) with all accessories and contents included.

Poorly packaged returns that arrive damaged will be rejected.

Returns based on price comparisons (e.g. “found it cheaper elsewhere”) are not accepted under consumer protection regulations.

All returns are subject to inspection and management approval.
⚡ Electrical & Electronic Products

All electronic products are tested prior to dispatch.

Due to manufacturer and hygiene policies, electrical and electronic items are not returnable once used or installed, unless proven faulty.

Most new products carry a 6-month limited warranty, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Clearance, refurbished, or second-hand items are sold without warranty, unless explicitly stated.

To qualify for warranty support:

Products must be installed or set up according to manufacturer guidelines.

Smart devices must be used within their intended environment and specifications.
Warranty claims must include:

No cash refunds. Store credit may be issued at management’s discretion.

Courier fees are non-refundable.

Returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt and include all original packaging and accessories.

Items returned without a verified fault will be rejected; shipping costs are for the customer.

Out-of-warranty repairs are for the customer’s account.
